Green olives, extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese, pine nuts, artichokes, capers, basil, garlic, Dijon mustard, truffles and anchovies. That's quite a list of ingredients and they speak for themselves. I will add that I wanted a tapenade that could take advantage of green olives and feta cheese, my favorite Greek exports. The mustard, truffles and anchovies combine for a refined flavor that rests on the palate like a light down blanket. Not too heavy, but completely present.
