I know some 20-year-olds and while they still don't have it all figured out yet, they are close to maturing into extremely satisfying adults. Our 20-year-old La Vecchia Dispensa 20-year old is similar. It doesn't yet have the poise or complexity of its 40-year old parents, yet it is clearly a chip off the old block! Spending a little more to move up to a balsamico aged 20 years is well worth it! One taste and you'll be convinced!
