I tried the Lasagna. Used bechamel and bolognese sauces. I found the lasagna to be very light so the whole dish was wonderful--the best I have ever made. I had to call to find out how long to boil the pasta--8-10 minutes is about right. One thing that happened though is that in spite of a rolling boil and occasional stirring, some of the pasta sheets had stuck together. I am thinking that adding a bit of olive oil to the cooking water would help. On the whole the lasagna has a wonderful flavor!!! Marian C. - Chicago IL
