Traditional and classic with vibrant flavors of fresh basil, sundried tomatoes, black olives, garlic, cheese, pine nuts, cashew nuts and an array of zesty herbs and spices. Even though over the last 4 decades or so, food production has increased more than the population; we still make our pesto and pate in the tradition of the old country. Truly made in smaller quantities to maximize fresh flavors.
