| Thick, soft and tasty Potato Pasta Dumplings. These little "lumps" of pasta are perfect as a main dish or side dish. Romans made gnocchi with a thick porridge type dough mix with semolina and eggs. Ours come in two varieties, plain Potato and Tri-Color. The Tri-Color serves up flavors of Tomato, Spinach and Plain Potato. |
