Truffled Pasta

COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
SERVING SIZE: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 1lb Isola Pasta - your choice of pasta cut
  • 3 Tbsps Isola Truffle Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Black Truffle Pate (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil, salt to taste. Pour pasta into boiling water, stir occasionally, cook to al dente (8 to 10 minutes). Drain well.
  2. While pasta is still hot, toss in Isola Truffle Butter to melt.
  3. Nothing else is really needed but a tablespoon of Black Truffle Pate tossed in is superb!
