Sundried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano and salt. The combined flavors have a surprising mellowness, although the finish is the classic sundried tomato sharpness. This my variation on traditional Sicilian tapenade, which essentially began as just tomato and olive oil.
