My son introduced me to these products and I love them! You will not find a richer, better tasting balsamic. In addition to the traditional ways to use them, we drizzled some over ice cream and strawberries. What a taste treat! It's a reduction as good as if not better than I make myself - without smelling up the kitchen! Thanks so much!.

I recently visited my daughter who is currently living in Brussels. She turned me on to Balsamic Creams. I bought 6 bottles to bring home. Yesterday at my local Whole Foods I discovered your Walnut Pear...I bought 3 bottles. It is with out a doubt, the best condiment I have ever had. I used it last night on chicken, tonight on walnut crusted halibut with pear carnish. Tomorrow I'll go back to Whole Foods and buy a few White Balsamic Creams.
