Grilled Vegetables with Basil Pesto Butter & Robiola

COOKING TIME: 10 Minutes


  • Portabella Mushrooms
  • Isola Basil Pesto Butter
  • Robiola Bosina
  • Other Vegetables (Peppers, Tomatoes, etc)

Preparation Instructions

1) Brush each Portabella and Other Vegetables with Butter inside and out.

2) Grill until nearly done ~ about 4 minutes (don't let them dry out!)

3) Put a slice of cheese in the open center or on vegetable of each Portabella

4) Continue grilling just until cheese melts and add a small dollop of Butter

Serve as a side dish to grilled steak, atop pasta or risotto or as an antipasti cut into quarters
