Vincotto Fruit Salad

Cooking Time: 2-3 hrs
Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apples
  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1/2 cup pears
  • 1/2 cup bananas
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup oranges
  • 1/2 cup kiwi
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • sugar to taste
  • 4 tsp Isola Organic Sweet Orange Cream of Balsamic
  • 3 tsp Classic Vincotto
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Dice fruit into small cubes and place into a serving bowl.
  2. Add vanilla, sugar, organic balsamic topping, Vincotto, lemon juice and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. If desired, vodka or tequila may be added.
