- 1 package lady fingers
- 3 oz rum
- 2 cups vanilla instant pudding prepared to package directions
- 8 strawberries sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pouch 3 ounces sliced almonds available on baking aisle of market
- 1 cup of Marscarpone cheese
- Separate lady fingers on a work surface. Using a pastry brush liberally paint the lady fingers with rum.
- Line small glass bowls or cupcake tray with lady fingers and if needed you can break these up into pieces.
- Top with heaping spoonfuls of prepared vanilla instant pudding and Marscarpone cheese, about 1/2 cup per dessert cup.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar and toss to coat. Top dessert cups with sliced berries.
