Strawberries Salad with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

COOKING TIME: 1 hour and 15 minutes


  • 1 Pound of Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vecchia Dispensa Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 7 Ounces Custard Ice Cream

Preparation Instructions

1.Wash strawberries and cut petioles.

2.Cut strawberries into little slices and put in a bowl.

3.Add sugar and Balsamic Vinegar. Stir gently.

4.Set aside in fridge for at least one hour.

5.Place strawberries into glass bowls. Add scoops of custard ice cream.
