Gluten Free : Baked Cod with Organic Orange Balsamic Cream
Baked Cod with Organic Orange Balsamic CreamCOOKING TIME: 30 Minutes

- Use either fresh or frozen cod. Brush cod with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
- 3 oz Casa Giulia Orange Preserves with Italian Liqueur
- 2 oz Isola Organic Sweet Orange Cream of Balsamic
- Balsamic Cream Mix: the Casa Giulia Orange Preserves and Isola Organic Cream of Balsamic together. Set aside.
- Broil cod just until a milky substance arises from the center of the fish. Remove from broiler and brush with the cream mix.
- Return to broiler and finish cooking until tender and flaky. Serve with a fresh green salad or an Isola Mozzarella di Bufala tomato and basil salad.
