Baked Cod with Organic Orange Balsamic Cream

COOKING TIME: 30 Minutes


  • Use either fresh or frozen cod. Brush cod with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 oz Casa Giulia Orange Preserves with Italian Liqueur
  • 2 oz Isola Organic Sweet Orange Cream of Balsamic

Preparation Instructions

  1. Balsamic Cream Mix: the Casa Giulia Orange Preserves and Isola Organic Cream of Balsamic together. Set aside.
  2. Broil cod just until a milky substance arises from the center of the fish. Remove from broiler and brush with the cream mix.
  3. Return to broiler and finish cooking until tender and flaky. Serve with a fresh green salad or an Isola Mozzarella di Bufala tomato and basil salad.
