Fresh Fusili and Truffle Pate

  • Salt
  • Fresh Fusilli
  • Truffle Pate
  • Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • My Brothers Olive Oil
  • Garlic To taste
  • Dried Porcini Mushrooms

Preparation Instructions

Bring a quart of water to a boil. The Isola Fresh Fusili Pasta takes approximately 4-5 minutes to cook. Once the water is boiling add a good amount of salt. (The water should be salty) Add pasta into boiling water. Stir to prevent sticking of the pasta. After 4 minutes, taste the pasta to see if it is to your liking. Strain the pasta. Grab your Truffle Pate. Add two healthy spoonfuls to the pasta and mix well. Lastly add My Brother's Olive Oil and top it up with Shredded Isola's Parmigiano Reggiano

Pro Tip: For extra flavor feel free to add roasted garlic and or Isola Porcini Mushrooms
