Fresh Pasta Dough

COOKING TIME: 30 Minutes
SERVING SIZE: 4

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Italian 00 flour
  • 1/4 oz salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tbsp Isola P.O.D. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup semolina flour

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a food processor add all ingredients and pulse together until mixture forms little balls you may need to adjust the water if to dry or adjust the all purpose flour if it is to wet.
  2. When the mixture is ready knead together until dough is formed and let rest for 20 minutes and cut in a pasta machine for desired shape.
