Pork Tenderloin with Bufala Mozzarella

COOKING TIME: 15 minutes


  • 4 slices 120 gr. each of pork tenderloin
  • Isola Bufala mozzarella – 150 gr.
  • One tomato, in slices
  • 2 Isola anchovy fillet
  • Isola Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt as needed

Preparation Instructions


Beat the slices of meat. Heat the oil, recline the meat and cook over high heat a few minutes on each side. Salt according your taste. Reduce heat, lay on each slice of meat a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, a half anchovy fillet. Serve as is or put in the oven to melt mozzarella.
