Gourmet Meals : Pork Tenderloin with Bufala Mozzarella
Pork Tenderloin with Bufala MozzarellaCOOKING TIME: 15 minutes

- 4 slices 120 gr. each of pork tenderloin
- Isola Bufala mozzarella – 150 gr.
- One tomato, in slices
- 2 Isola anchovy fillet
- Isola Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt as needed
Beat the slices of meat. Heat the oil, recline the meat and cook over high heat a few minutes on each side. Salt according your taste. Reduce heat, lay on each slice of meat a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, a half anchovy fillet. Serve as is or put in the oven to melt mozzarella.
