Sauces : Caper Compote
Caper CompoteCOOKING TIME: 10 minutes
SERVING SIZE: 3-4
- 2 tablespoons of Capers
- Isola Italian Grilled Peppers
- Isola Pitted Kalamatta Olives
- My Brother’s garlic unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 tbsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1/8 pepper
- Chop all ingredients into 1/8” dices.
- Strain the capers and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly.
- Mix whole capers into the chopped mix and add oil and spices to taste.
