Caper Compote

COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
SERVING SIZE: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Capers
  • Isola Italian Grilled Peppers
  • Isola Pitted Kalamatta Olives
  • My Brother’s garlic unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1/4 tbsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/8 pepper

Preparation Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients into 1/8” dices.
  2. Strain the capers and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Mix whole capers into the chopped mix and add oil and spices to taste.
