Chickpea Salad

  • 1 can Isola Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 can of Isola Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 can of Isola Kalamata Olives
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Isola Organic White Balsamic Condiment
  • 2 tablespoon of My Brothers Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of celery seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of celery chopped
  • Fresh washed Cress (to taste)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Whisk balsamic, olive oil, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl add beans, tomatoes, celery, olives and walnuts. Pour in dressing and refrigerate until served.
  3. Top salad with cress.
