Vegetarian/ Vegan : Chickpea Salad

- 1 can Isola Garbanzo Beans
- 1 can of Isola Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 can of Isola Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 cup of Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Isola Organic White Balsamic Condiment
- 2 tablespoon of My Brothers Blood Orange Olive Oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of celery seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup of celery chopped
- Fresh washed Cress (to taste)
- Whisk balsamic, olive oil, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl add beans, tomatoes, celery, olives and walnuts. Pour in dressing and refrigerate until served.
- Top salad with cress.
