Gnocchi with Zucchini and Tomatoes

COOKING TIME: 25 Minutes


  • 1~ 14 oz of Isola Peeled Toamtoes
  • 4 Tablespoons of Rosemary Isola Olive OIl
  • 1 package of Isola Gnocchi
  • 1 Chopped Zucchini

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan add tomatoes and zucchini with olive oil. Keep on medium temperature and let simmer for 20 minutes while lightly stirring,
  2. While cooking sauce prepare gnocchi.
  3. When sauce is thick and well blended add on top of gnocchi and enjoy!
