Insalata di olive

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Isola Mediterranean Olive Mix
  • 1 cup Isola Green Olives
  • 1 tbsp orange rind; chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic; sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups My Brother
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 whole egg; beaten
  • 3 tbsp water
  • tbsp grated Reggiano parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter; unsalted
  • 1 sprig sage
  • 1 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts

Preparation Instructions:

In a large pot heat up the olive oil with all the ingredients for about ten minutes stirring constantly take off the heat and let cool down. Let marinate over night and the olive salad is ready to serve. Yields 1 servings.
