Vegetarian/ Vegan : Truffled Pasta
Truffled PastaCOOKING TIME: 15 minutes
SERVING SIZE: 2-3
- 1lb Isola Pasta - your choice of pasta cut
- 3 Tbsps Isola Truffle Butter
- 1 Tbsp Black Truffle Pate (optional)
- Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil, salt to taste. Pour pasta into boiling water, stir occasionally, cook to al dente (8 to 10 minutes). Drain well.
- While pasta is still hot, toss in Isola Truffle Butter to melt.
- Nothing else is really needed but a tablespoon of Black Truffle Pate tossed in is superb!
