Tony Pocica - Operations
"The name is Pocica, Tony Pocica." Tony has been with the Isola team for three years and amenably says he is thoroughly enjoying his experience. He appreciates working with energetic and passionate people both at Isola and with the customers he interacts with day to day. He is proud to represent Isola products testifying to their high quality and wonderful taste. Tony claims no regrets of leaving his past job working for "Her Majesty's Secret Service" - though he does "miss wearing a tuxedo on a nightly basis saving the world from evil geniuses." Tony's positive attitude and care for his customers is outstanding.
Favorite Dish: "My favorite dish is pasta with shrimp, in Isola's Porcini sauce, enjoyed with a piece of bread spread with Isola Roasted Garlic Butter."
Favorite Isola Product: "Crouton Sticks because they can be used in so many ways. Eat them out of the box. Can be as simple as dipping into hummus or tapenade, or tossed in a salad. I have used them in my stuffing and served over butterflied pork chops. Even have crushed them and used as bread crumbs for zucchini parmesan."
Cooking Tip: "My top cooking tip is cook with Red Wine! Some in the sauce and some in a glass for the cook!"
Favorite part of my job/responsibility: "My favorite part of my job is talking with our customers and solving any problems or concerns they have as soon as possible"
