Classic Crunchy Amaretti individually flow-packed and then wrapped in elegant tissue paper in a red tower tin. Gluten-free.
Enjoy a tasty tradition after breakfast and after lunch. Relish our Amaretti Chiostro di Saronno also accompanied by sweet wine or crumbled on a fruit salad or ice cream. According to the legend, Amaretti were first baked by a young couple to honor the cardinal of Milano. By slowly cooking a blend of sugar, apricot kernels, and egg whites, we make the round crunchy bitter/sweet almond biscuits called Amaretti.
Decorated with sparkling white sugar and wrapped in colorful papers, our Company offers the broadest range of these crunchy delicacies. The “Chiostro di Saronno” is an ancient Franciscan cloister located in the center of the town of Saronno. This is the home of our Company and the place where we keep our more prestigious recipes.
